Join us for our Disability Dress-Up Days the week of March 9–13 as we celebrate inclusion, raise awareness, and recognize the many ways people learn, think, and experience the world. Students and staff are invited to participate each day by dressing up and helping us highlight the importance of understanding, empathy, and celebrating all abilities.
Spring Carnival
Forest Creek Elementary Spring Carnival – April 10! 🌈
Join us on Friday, April 10th from 4:30–7:30 PM for the FCE PTA Spring Carnival! Enjoy family favorites like pony rides, a rock climbing wall, mechanical bull, bounce houses, video game truck, and more.
Don’t miss the raffle featuring exciting themed baskets, including Star Wars, Nerf, Minecraft, and Backyard BBQ!
Pre-sale wristbands are $20 ($25 day of), so be sure to purchase early and save. We hope to see you there for an evening of fun and community!

Our Spring Carnival Silent Auction is coming up, and we need your help! We’re collecting NEW items to build amazing auction baskets — gift certificates, products, experiences, unused gift cards, and more.

Step 2: Early Learning Day – March 31st
Join us on campus – Parents and future kindergarten Coyotes will explore different parts of FCE and learn what a day at school is like. Students will also complete a short readiness assessment to help us understand their current skills. To celebrate their visit, each child will sign a Future Coyote certificate and take a photo with our mascot and principal, Mrs. Flores. Don’t miss out on the fun!

Step 3: Kinder Orientation! – Monday, May 11th
On this evening, parents will meet the Kindergarten teachers and attend an orientation meeting to learn how best to support their student during the upcoming transition! Food Trucks will be available for a bite to eat!
*Children are welcome at this event, but this event is geared towards parents and guardians.

RRISD is proud to compete in TEAM each year as a way to celebrate Arts Education and provide students with artistic opportunities for growth. Please see the attached flyer for more information!
I can send 10 pieces of art, so this will be a first come first serve contest!
Please reach out if you have any questions or wish for your student to participate. I will send permission slips as needed!

It’s almost here! The Heart of Round Rock Run is TOMORROW, Saturday, March 7th, at Old Settlers Park, and we’re so excited to see our community come together.
If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time! You can join us for the 5K or 1 mile run/walk, or lend a hand by volunteering. Every participant makes a difference.
Wear your purple & green and come ready to represent our school! Make sure to stop by our FCE PTA table before or after & say hello!

Join the Forest Creek Elementary School PTA for an exciting evening at our annual Talent Show on March 5 at 5:30 PM in the Forest Creek Elementary School cafeteria!
Our talented students will take the stage to showcase their amazing skills, from music and dance to comedy and more.
Pizza and concessions will be available for purchase, and all proceeds will support Cedar Ridge Project Graduation.
