Watch D.O.G.S

About the Program

WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) – Engage men, inspire children, reduce bullying and enhance the educational environment at your school.

WATCH D.O.G.S. is the father involvement initiative of the National Center for Fathering that organizes fathers and father figures in order to provide positive male role models for the students and to enhance school security. Today, more than 2,811 active programs in 46 states participate in the WATCH D.O.G.S. Program.

WATCH D.O.G.S. was founded by Jim Moore, a concerned father who chose to take action in response to a 1998 middle-school shooting in Jonesboro, AR. Joined with the National Center for Fathering in 2006, WATCH D.O.G.S. serves to inspire and equip men to be the involved fathers, grandfathers and father-figures their students need.
